Hello! My name is Michelle Yang and I'm a product designer currently working in Austin, TX.
Education
In college, I majored in Cornell’s Information Science program to immerse myself in emerging technology, design, and social impact. My multi-disciplinary education to this day has been foundational to the growth of my design career.
Career
I began my product design career at IBM Cloud, where I created experiences for some of the most highly secure systems in the industry. Today, I design for Procore, specifically empowering construction teams to manage thousands of construction documents efficiently and without compromising quality.
Mission
My mission is to create clarity in a world of complexity. Standing on a foundation of systems thinking, strategic perspectives, and rapid prototyping with AI, I strive to design products that genuinely empower people and scale with the future in mind.
Outside of Work
You can usually find me doing yoga, birding, drawing, taking photos with my Fujifilm, or writing unserious movie reviews on Letterboxd.
